Each HGV is listed with mileage, MOT class, year, plated weights, tachograph compliance status, last service, and any known mechanical or bodywork issues. For fleet operators sitting on an O-licence, tachograph downloads are supplied where required for compliance handover. Where vehicles carry tail-lifts, side doors, or other auxiliary equipment, working condition is noted in the lot description.

Collection is from the lot site within 7 days of payment clearance, with logistics partner recommendations available for transport across the UK or to a port for export.
