Ex-Fleet Van Auctions

Online auctions of ex-fleet and ex-lease vans from UK corporate fleets, with documented history and EORI export.

Dealer-maintained vans direct from UK fleets

Ex-fleet vans come out of UK leasing companies, corporate fleets, utility operators, and construction firms at the end of their lease term or operational life. Compared with private sales and high-street auctions, ex-fleet stock tends to be dealer-maintained, serviced on a managed schedule, and supplied with documented history. Universal Auctions Group runs regular online auctions across every major panel van make and body type, with new consignments added weekly.

Each lot is photographed, described with mileage, MOT status, service history where available, and any visible damage. Free buyer registration with one-off ID and address verification, online bidding from anywhere, and autobid for buyers who want to set a ceiling and step away. Collection is from the lot site, typically within a week of payment clearance.

  • The biggest single difference between ex-fleet stock and the cheaper end of the auction market is provenance. Our vans come direct from named UK fleets, leasing companies, utilities, and corporate operators where servicing has been managed centrally on a defined schedule. Where the original keeper records are available we disclose them in the listing, alongside V5C status, number of previous keepers, MOT history, and any open recall or fleet service flags. This lets buyers compare like-for-like across makes and avoids the guesswork that comes with private-keeper sales where service history is patchy or missing.

  • We list across every major van platform: Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Vauxhall Vivaro, VW Crafter, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato, Renault Trafic, and Citroen Berlingo and Dispatch. Body types span panel vans, crew cabs and double-cabs, Luton vans, box vans, refrigerated and temperature-controlled vans, tippers and dropside vans, and welfare or workshop conversions. Each listing notes payload, length, height, fuel type, and any specialist equipment fitted such as racking, ply-lining, beacons, or tow bar. New consignments are added through the week with bidding windows closing on a fixed weekday rhythm.

  • Photographs cover the exterior from all four corners, interior cab, load area, engine bay, and any visible damage at panel level. Listings call out keys count, V5C status, MOT expiry, last recorded mileage, and known mechanical issues where disclosed by the seller. HPI status is checked and disclosed at lot level where available, with the most recent report available to buyers on request before bidding. We do not stamp items as warrantied or roadworthy beyond what the documents and the MOT support, and lots are sold as-seen on close of auction.

  • Buyer registration is free with a one-off ID and proof of address verification. Bidding is online with live or autobid options, outbid notifications by email, and timed extensions on the closing minutes to prevent last-second sniping on competitive lots. Payment is by bank transfer in cleared funds within 48 hours of auction close. Collection is from the lot site, typically a regional fleet yard or distribution centre, within 7 days of payment clearance. For exporters we are EORI registered and supply the export documentation needed for EU and non-EU shipping.
